Program Description
To pave the way for a growing knowledge of self-defense, our youngest students will learn what Jiu-Jitsu is, how to control his or her body, and have a ton of fun.
They’ll be excited to practice coordination, conditioning, Jiu-Jitsu basics, and playful sparring, specifically designed for 4-6 year olds.
Self-Defense and Anti-Bullying
Kids learn practical self-defense techniques in a safe and fun environment, building confidence and the ability to handle challenging situations
Physical Development
The program enhances motor skills, balance, and coordination through engaging activities designed for young children
Jiu-Jitsu Foundations
Provides a playful introduction to the core principles of Jiu-Jitsu, fostering a love for the art while teaching valuable skills
Focus and Discipline
Activities are structured to improve focus, listening skills, and self-discipline, which are essential for success both on and off the mat
